Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") forms part of the Terms of Service between FeedNotify ("Processor") and the customer ("Controller").

1. Scope

This DPA applies where FeedNotify processes personal data on behalf of the Customer in connection with the Service.

2. Roles

• Customer is the Data Controller
• FeedNotify is the Data Processor

3. Processing Details

Nature & Purpose

Processing is limited to:

• Providing dashboards and reporting
• Monitoring Google Merchant Center and Google Ads data
• Generating alerts and analytics

Categories of Data

• Account information (name, email)
• Google account identifiers
• Campaign and product performance data

Data Subjects

• Customer users
• Customer clients (if applicable)

4. Processor Obligations

FeedNotify agrees to:

• Process data only on documented instructions
• Ensure confidentiality of personnel
• Implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures
• Not sell or misuse personal data

5. Security Measures

We implement:

• Encryption at rest and in transit
• Secure OAuth token storage
• Access controls and authentication
• Monitoring and logging

6. Subprocessors

FeedNotify may use subprocessors (e.g., hosting providers). We ensure they comply with equivalent data protection obligations.

7. Data Transfers

If data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required.

8. Data Subject Rights

FeedNotify assists the Customer in responding to:

• Access requests
• Deletion requests
• Data correction requests

9. Data Retention & Deletion

Data is retained only as long as necessary.

Upon termination:

• Data is deleted within a reasonable timeframe
• Or returned if requested

10. Breach Notification

FeedNotify will notify the Customer without undue delay upon becoming aware of a data breach affecting personal data processed under this DPA, in line with applicable law and the Terms of Service.

11. Audit Rights

Customer may request reasonable information to verify compliance.

12. Governing Law

This DPA is governed by the laws specified in the Terms of Service.
