These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FeedNotify ("FeedNotify", "we", "our", or "us"), including our website, platform, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

FeedNotify is a SaaS platform that provides:

• Monitoring of Google Merchant Center account status and product feed issues
• Read-only reporting and analytics for Google Ads performance
• Alerts, dashboards, and insights related to feed health and campaign metrics

FeedNotify uses the Google Ads API strictly in read-only mode. The application does not create, edit, pause, enable, or otherwise modify any campaigns, ads, budgets, bids, or targeting settings.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration & Security

To use certain features, you must create an account and connect your Google account via OAuth.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

4. Google API Services & Data Usage

FeedNotify integrates with:

• Google Merchant Center Content API (auth/content)
• Google Ads API (auth/adwords)

Purpose of Access

We access Google data solely to:

• Retrieve Merchant Center account status and product issues
• Retrieve Google Ads campaign performance metrics
• Display reporting dashboards and alerts

Data Usage Restrictions

• Data is used only for user-facing functionality
• Data is not sold or shared with third parties
• Data is not used for advertising purposes

FeedNotify complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

5. OAuth & Token Handling

• The Service uses OAuth with access_type=offline
• Access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest
• Tokens are never exposed to the frontend
• Tokens are used only for authorized API requests

Users may revoke access at any time via their Google account.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to access systems or data without permission
• Interfere with Service operation
• Violate Google API policies

7. Subscription & Billing

If applicable: fees are billed according to selected plans. Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain data only as necessary to provide the Service.

Users may:

• Disconnect Google accounts
• Request account deletion

Upon disconnection, data access from Google APIs ceases.

When you request account deletion, your account is deactivated immediately and scheduled for permanent deletion after 30 days. During this 30-day period, you may reactivate your account. After 30 days, your account and associated data are permanently deleted, except where retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

All Service content, software, and materials are owned by FeedNotify or its licensors.

You may not:

• Copy or distribute the Service
• Reverse engineer the platform

10. Third-Party Services

The Service depends on third-party platforms such as Google. We are not responsible for:

• Changes to third-party APIs
• Downtime or unavailability of external services

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Use the Service in a harmful manner

You may terminate your account at any time.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy or completeness of data
• Continuous or error-free operation

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeedNotify shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of revenue, data, or profits

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FeedNotify harmless from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of your jurisdiction (update this with the appropriate jurisdiction for your business).

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
